We manage a construction equipment warehouse — about 1,200 m˛ with over a hundred units: generators, plate compactors, laser levels, compressors, etc. Before fall 2024, we were losing 4-5 items per month — gear would “disappear” between job sites, or staff would forget where it was returned. One laser level worth €2,800 vanished in September and was only found two months later after a careful investigation. After implementing the tracking system from this website with BLE beacons and automated geo-fencing, everything changed — movements are tracked in real time, and alerts are triggered instantly when equipment crosses zone boundaries. In the first three months, losses became almost non-existent, and asset control became way more transparent.
