Depends where you are. Do you mean a site that will buy from you? Common with phones, not so much with laptops.
In UK, eBay, Amazon, and Gumtree are popular. The first two are pretty solid, the latter I have concerns about. I know Craigslist is popular in the USA, but that works like classified advertising so you are on your own. Buyer and seller beware.
Another answer mentions some stores, like CEX. Will not get best value but certainly easier.
At least with eBay, if you only take payment through PayPal you have some degree of security.

I think buying a laptop is a very interesting task, especially choosing what you need, for example, what tasks do you need to use it, if you need an office option, then there are many different options like a regular HP and so on, if you are looking for a more gaming option , then I advise you to take a closer look at some Legion 5, but it is best to choose a used laptop, which has already been tested by people and they left some kind of review about them, especially since you can save normal money.
